This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide through the contact form on this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

Through the contact form we process the data you provide yourself: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
Purpose of processing
We process your data solely to handle your enquiry — so we can contact you and reply to your message. We do not use it for marketing and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form, together with pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Retention period
We keep the form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, but no longer than 12 months, unless a legal reason for longer retention arises.
Recipients and processors
Form messages are delivered by e-mail via Google (Gmail), which acts as a processor. If you give consent to analytics cookies, we measure website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), which also acts as a processor. The website runs on a web hosting provider's server. We do not share your data with any other third parties unless required by law.

This website uses a strictly necessary (functional) cookie, “i18n_redirected“, which remembers your chosen language and does not require consent. We also use Google Analytics cookies to measure website traffic — these only run after you give consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
